Something I've found useful in searching for magazines is to keep a list of the magazines that I've come across and magazines that I've specifically meant to submit to. I write down when they are supposed to open, and then once there's enough on there I can search for open submission calls by month. I just go onto the list, use ctrl+F and type in the name of the month. Then the magazines that are supposed to open that month will pop up and I can try submitting to them.
